1. Return Eligibility

A return request can be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery only in the following cases:

All return requests must be supported with clear photos or videos as proof.

7. Damaged or Transit Loss

  • Any transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof

  • Claims raised after 48 hours may not be accepted

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once dispatched, cancellation will be treated as a return and 70% refund rule will apply
